For safety and quality reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned or restocked.
Unopened products may be eligible for return according to PERLA Bienestar Center's return policy. Please contact us before returning any product.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with a suspected shipping-related quality issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected item.
Please do not discard the product or packaging until our team has reviewed your request.
Approved replacements or refunds will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.
