Most people have tried to navigate a healthcare system that wasn’t built for them. I built PERLA Bienestar Center for those people.

After more than a decade as a bedside nurse and now as a family nurse practitioner, I saw the same story repeat: patients who deserved expert care but couldn’t access it — because of language, cost, or a system that moved too fast. PERLA is my answer to that.

I offer primary care, certified wound care (CWCN-AP), regenerative medicine, advanced aesthetics, and medical weight management — in English and Spanish, on your schedule, without insurance barriers. Outside the clinic, I serve as Associate Medical Director of Street Medicine at Circle the City, where I led Arizona’s first mobile IV rehydration program for unsheltered patients facing heat emergencies.

I’ve also launched one of Arizona’s first accessible evaluation pathways for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome — built on years of personally navigating the diagnostic maze alongside my daughter. I understand what it means to search for answers in a system that rarely has them.
