These are in-depth, one-on-one evaluations lasting approximately one hour, conducted by Perla Puebla, FNP-BC, CWCN-AP. All EDS evaluation visits are cash pay only. Patients are encouraged to send their complete medical history by email in advance, or bring it to the appointment, along with a written list of questions. During the evaluation, we review your full history, perform a thorough clinical assessment, and order genetic testing and any additional workup as clinically indicated.
